Beach Boot Camp, Hank Drought's
Want a great group beach workout for a fraction of Hank’s personal training fee? Hank’s Beach Boot Camp meets near the volleyball courts at the Surf Club and includes a heart-pumping circuit of running/walking, calisthenics, agility, body-weight exercises, manual resistance partner-assisted exercises, and cord resistance exercises. Get into military shape without joining the military! Learn proper technique for exercises involving the entire body: legs, hips, rear, core, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms.
General Information
- Hank Drought, MS, CSCS*D, NSCA-CPT*D was selected one fo the “100 Best Trainers in America” in 2004 by Men’s Journal and was awarded Personal Trainer of the Year by National Strength & Conditioning Association in 2000. Hank attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was the back up quarterback for the varsity Army football team.
- All participants must bring a beach towel and bottled water and should wear gym or running shoes.
